A. Transportation cost

B. Transportation, processing and domestic orders

Emergency goods

Generally speaking, the transportation time of the goods is 7 to 15 days.
The order deadline is 16:00 EET (Bucharest).
C. Address change

Once the delivery address is in transit, we cannot change it. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at temson.boutique@gmail.com

D. Cancel

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellation at any time before your order is dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

E. The package was damaged during transportation

If you find that your package is damaged during transportation, please try your best to refuse the Courier's package and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered in your absence, please contact customer service following the steps below.
