This policy applies to domestic orders (Romania). This policy is designed to ensure that you understand our delivery policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you agree to the policies contained herein.
A. Transportation cost

B. Transportation, processing and domestic orders
Emergency goods
Generally speaking, the transportation time of the goods is 7 to 15 days.
The order deadline is 16:00 EET (Bucharest).
C. Address change
Once the delivery address is in transit, we cannot change it. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at sacredvalue.com within 24 hours of placing your order
D. Cancel
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellation at any time before your order is dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
E. The package was damaged during transportation
If you find that your package is damaged during transportation, please try your best to refuse the Courier's package and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered in your absence, please contact customer service following the steps below. Refund policy

Express delivery: 19.99 Lei, anywhere in Romania.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 days (anywhere in Romania).
Attention! If you do not pick up the shipped orders, you will be automatically blacklisted as a customer and will not be able to place new orders on the sacredvalue.com website

The deadline for responding to requests is at most 7 working days.
The product can be returned within 14 calendar days after pick-up.
We do not accept returns of personal care products (underwear, bras, beauty products, combs, hair removers, etc.).
You must return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of collection.
Please return the product intact in its original packaging/during transportation, without any signs of wear and tear, and in the original packaging box, including all components.
If the returned product is in a different condition from the one you received, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the product to you. The shipping cost will be borne by you!
If you are not satisfied with the product, we only accept returns during working hours (09:00-17:00)
If you receive a defective product, a defective product in the delivery process, or a product that does not match the one you ordered on our website, please contact us at sanfan@sacredvalue.com within 48 hours of pick-up and send us at least one photo showing the damage caused.
If we have not received any notification regarding the received goods within 48 hours, we consider the goods to meet the requirements. For any return, you will be required to bear a return fee of 20 lees.
During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions, it can only be replaced and not returned.
Exchange and return services are available from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday, with a maximum duration of 7 working days.
Please note that during an emergency or alert period, couriers may be delayed by 2 to 3 working days.
The shipping cost for the return will be borne by you.
If the product does not meet your preferences, you will also be responsible for the cost of returns or exchanges.
You are responsible for the transportation cost of the exchange, which is 19 lees.
The package will be sent only through the express company (regardless of the express company).
We do not accept parcels from Romanian Post!
Packages returned by cash on delivery will be automatically rejected.
If the following conditions are met, you will not incur a return fee:
The product in the package you received is different from the one you ordered.
We have found that the goods you received have manufacturing defects.
After receiving the returned package, we will refund the value of one or more items by bank transfer within 14 calendar days.
