Do I need an account to place an order?

3. Is my online order safe?

4. Is there an exchange rate?
All of our transactions are based on the US dollar. If your credit card uses other currencies, the total amount of your order will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the date when the card-issuing institution processes the transaction.

5. How do I set my delivery address?
As our website and services are based on English, all the information you enter must be input in English, including punctuation. If some of the letters in your address contain non-English letters, it is recommended that you use similar English letters. For example, you can use the letter "?" Change to "c".

Can the delivery address be changed after placing an order?
